Are You in Emotional Pain and
Looking for a way to Stop it that Works?
If so, You've come to the Right Place
Whether your emotional pain is due to a divorce, being rejected by someone you would like to get to know better, being laid off or fired from your job, climate change, divisive politics, doing poorly on an important test, a serious illness, or losing a parent, a spouse, or a child, it is taking a toll on your wellbeing and quality of life. Of course, everyone experiences emotional pain, because it's a part of being alive. And fortunately, oftentimes the pain either gradually fades away or self care steps like getting support from family and friends and / or meditating can reduce or resolve it.
But sometimes emotional pain persists, and over time may even get worse.
When that happens, it can take an ongoing toll on the important areas of a person's life: their relationships with their friends, their significant other and their children; their career; and even their health.
To stop that ongoing toll, the emotional pain needs to be addressed. But how?
I'm Thomas Robinson - The Life Coach for People in Emotional Pain.
I have been helping people find gentle, nurturing, and healing paths through their hardest emotional challenges for over 20 years. I support and teach them strategies to greatly lower their emotional pain and at the same time rise above it. This combination of lessening the pain while also rising above it is powerful and effective. It changes people's lives for the better, and can change yours too.
“I would most certainly recommend Thomas to my friends & family and everyone. He is compassionate, wise, and truly has a gift for helping others overcome many challenging issues including health issues, and depression and anxiety. He also has some useful techniques to help improve one’s self-esteem, relieve anxiety and to help make a change when needed.”
If you’re skeptical about that, I understand. Maybe you’ve tried many different techniques or several therapists, without success. My approach is different. You can read about it here.
“Thomas’s coaching was extremely helpful for me–much more helpful than my therapy–as I worked to uncover and heal from my traumas from a very abusive childhood. I recommend him highly.”
To help you start healing from your emotional pain, I have written a report that’s yours free: 7 Things You Can Do to Heal Your Emotional Pain - Starting Today. You can get it here. You can also find our more about me, learn about how I coach or contact me.
I wish you the best on your healing journey.
